Pick one workflow and price the manual baseline

No AI in week one. We sit down with your process owner and price what the workflow costs today — how many people, how many hours, cost per unit — and both sides sign it. Every number after this is anchored here. Without the anchor, "how much did we save" stays a matter of opinion.

WEEK 2

Get it running on your data, build the golden set

Our engineers connect your real data and get a first version running. In parallel, your domain experts label a set of correct answers — the golden set. From then on, quality is a score on that set, not anyone's opinion.

Reach the acceptance line, switch on audit and metering

At cost, credited in full

The Bootcamp is billed at cost and credited in full against phase one
  • We do not make money on the Bootcamp. It has one job: get the math straight before either side spends real money.
  • The acceptance baseline is signed in week one. If the math does not work, we will say so ourselves.
  • The engagement that follows is segmented. After each acceptance, you decide whether to continue.
  • The system, your data and the golden set belong to you. We hold nothing back.

When not to choose us

We are not right for everyone. Better to say so now than to grind against each other after signing.

Do not come to us if

  • You have no specific workflow yet and just want a feel for AI. We are expensive for that stage — read the whitepaper instead.
  • You want the cheapest tokens. We are not the lowest-priced route. What we sell is math that holds up to a signature.
  • You cannot free up data or expert time. Your people sign the baseline; your experts label the golden set. Neither can be outsourced.
  • You want a company-wide rollout in three months. We do one workflow at a time, deeply, then replicate.
  • You need fine-tuning or algorithm research. That is a different craft. We do not take that work.

We can probably help if

  • You have a workflow that is labor-heavy, repetitive and clearly scoped — support, QA, ticket triage, first-pass review, inspection reports.
  • Someone has asked what AI actually saved, and nobody will sign the current answer.
  • Your data cannot leave your boundary; you need private or isolated deployment.
  • The POC ran fine, and you are stuck before production.
  • You owe your board or a regulator an account that survives audit.

How does a 2–4 week Bootcamp relate to 90-day acceptance?

Bootcamp is the initial co-building phase: workflow, samples, baseline and a running system. Later delivery scope and day-90 acceptance are agreed in the contract. A pilot is not a completed business-wide transformation.

What should we prepare before starting?

Bring a defined workflow, authorized task samples, a business owner and a manual baseline. Agree on data permissions, evaluation methods and actions that must not run automatically.

Do you guarantee a fixed percentage of labor savings?

No fixed percentage is guaranteed. Public cases and calculators help assess opportunities. Actual results depend on workflow, data quality, review requirements and integration costs, measured against the agreed baseline.
